Company Profile
Our ethos at T&D Staffing is to provide high quality temporary workers to local communities, care homes, nursing homes, hospitals as well as other provisions that require our services. We also provide other wide-ranging services such as domiciliary care, supported living as well as shared lives. We work with diverse client groups such as people with mental health, dementia, learning disability, end of life care as well as complex care. We remain true to our tag line “Care with you in Mind” and every care is tailored to the individual needs. Staff and training
We provide thoughtful insights to keep you growing in your career and give you the right handles to land that new job. T&D Staffing is manged by a highly skilled and qualified service manager, with extensive care manager experience and well known to CQC. All our care staff are trained professionals who have experiences in different ranges of care, including clients with disability, mental health, end of life and dementia. Our staff are put through a rigorous recruitment process and enhanced DBS checks. We are an equal opportunities employer and have brilliant bilingual staff members. T&D staff are polite, empathetic and committed to providing quality care
