About Us

Unique Contact and Community Services (UCCS) is a Registered Care Agency and a Child Contact Centre. UCCS was set up in 2013 and based in Romford Road, Stratford, with a wide range of experience in delivering personalised domiciliary care and child contact services. We provide professional care services for children, young people and vulnerable adults. UCCS is accredited by National Association of Child Contact Centres (NACCC) and the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
UCCS provides personal and outreach care support for children, young adults, and adults. UCCS also provide contact services to families based on referrals from the various local authorities, the courts and private self-referrals from families.
Our primary concern is the welfare and interests of the children we cater to, which helps to provide families with support through a difficult time.
We are a friendly, professional, and caring service provider with highly qualified, competent staff from all backgrounds and ethnic groups. Our staff members have enhanced DBS checks and training in the services we offer. Our experienced, multicultural staff utilise their efforts to meet the needs of the children and their families, and can match workers with language, race, cultural and other needs.
All staff members are obligated to provide a confidential and impartial service to the service users.
