Quality, Safety & Workforce
All staff receive comprehensive training, including safeguarding, medication administration, communication support, autism awareness, epilepsy, and behaviour management.
Our team is experienced in supporting individuals with high-risk behaviours, sensory needs, and complex communication profiles, including non-verbal communication and PECS.
