Having opened in 2000 and renovated in 2019, Hazelwood is a modern home with two floors that have been specifically constructed to satisfy the needs of its residents. Hazelwood Care Home offers residents exemplary standards of Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Respite Care. With a wide range of exceptional facilities, the home provides Dementia Care with nursing needs on the first floor in the Poppy Unit and general Nursing Care for elderly individuals on the ground floor in the Primrose Unit. The team at the Hazelwood Care Home takes pride in creating a loving and supportive atmosphere where everyone can live a full, meaningful and enjoyable life.
