At EMCAS, we know that most people want to remain in their own home for as long as possible. Our mission is to provide compassionate, professional, and personalised care, helping clients stay independent, safe, and well-supported at home.

Our Commitment to You
We understand that moving into a care home is often not what you want. Our mission is to help you live independently, comfortably, and safely in your own home for as long as possible. Every aspect of your care is designed around your wishes and preferences.

Our Services
We provide a wide range of services to support your health, independence, and wellbeing:
Person-Centred Home Care
Support with personal care, medication, daily routines, and companionship — all tailored to your preferences.
Clinical Support from Professionals
Our carers work closely with nurses, therapists, and other clinical specialists to ensure your health is managed safely at home.
Rehabilitation Support
Assistance with recovery after illness, injury, or hospital stays, helping you regain independence and confidence.
Falls Prevention and Response Service
We have a dedicated team trained to First Response Emergency Care standards, enabling them to clinically assess falls safely and effectively. Where possible, they use specialist lifting equipment to safely assist clients from the floor, reducing the need for hospital admissions.
This service, together with our Lifeline support, is designed to prevent situations where a client might be left on the floor for a prolonged period, which would otherwise require ambulance conveyance to hospital.
We also provide private transport and, when necessary, access to an ambulance for patient transport, ensuring safe and timely transfer if hospital care is required.
By combining skilled assessment, rapid response, and specialist equipment, we aim to keep clients safe at home and avoid hospital admissions whenever possible.
Lifeline & Rapid Response Services
Immediate reassurance and care when you need it, including 24/7 emergency support.
Respecting Your Wishes
You and your family are at the centre of every care plan. We listen, adapt, and ensure your choices guide everything we do.
