You can choose funding options to suit your circumstances, including private/self-funding, Local Authority (with or without top-up), and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC).

We believe in person-centred care, respecting your individual needs, culture, and preferences. Our services extend beyond personal care, ranging from companionship, medication assistance, food preparation, domestic help, shopping, and escorted trips, to specialist support such as catheter, PEG feeding, rehabilitation, double-up visits, and respite care for carers. We are pet friendly and provide both male and female carers, including LGBTQ+ support.

Communication is key, so alongside English, our care team speaks Arabic, Bengali, Hausa, Hindi, North Ndebele, Shona, South Ndebele, Swahili, Twi, Urdu, and Yoruba, ensuring comfort and understanding.

About The Team

All staff employed by our service hold valid DBS clearance. Infection Prevention and Control training is completed and kept up to date across the workforce. Services are delivered by staff who can communicate effectively in several languages including North Ndebele, Hindi, and Urdu. Further details about the team are available upon request.
