About Us
MIC Healthcare Solutions is engaged in the provision of care support services to individual Clients in their own homes. These services are based upon an assessment of need, at the time the contract commences, and reflect the requirements of a Personal Care Plan. We provide Domiciliary Care Services, Personal care services, which is a regulated activity.
Care support services are provided in the following areas:
• Personal care – washing, showering, bathing, grooming, dressing, continence management, management of mobility, nutritional needs care, maintain fluid intake, assistance with getting up and going to bed
• Domestic help – shopping, housekeeping, laundry, finances/pension collection, meal preparation, social integration, leisure activities, day or night sitting services
• Specialist services – support of people with autism, mental health, support of people with epilepsy including use of rescue medications and behaviour management
• Treatment of disease, disorder or injury-support service users who choose to continue treatment of their conditions at home. Providing support alongside treatment plans prescribed by specialists consultants. To cover the increased need for skilled care workers to take up delegated tasks.

Our objective is to provide an option for services and by doing so offer the Service user and their family greater freedom and choice. We do this by matching service user request with appropriate staff and resources.
