Our goal is to maintain the elderly and frail in their own home environment and prevent avoidable Hospital admissions. We liaise with all the community health care services like the GP , District nurses , community Palliative care team , community mental health team , community Frailty team , community Physiotherapists and Occupational therapists etc to meet their needs at home safely .
We offer a wide range of flexible services, from occasional hourly assistance to 24-hour live-in care. Our experienced carers support adults of all ages, including those with dementia, cancer, heart conditions, physical disabilities, mental health needs, and more. Whether you require personal care, companionship, medication management, or support with complex needs, we tailor our services to your unique requirements. We provide specialist palliative and end-of-life care, convalescence, rehabilitation, and respite support for family carers, always delivered with dignity and respect.
We welcome all funding options—including private clients, local authority, and NHS Continuing Healthcare—and offer services starting from £28.50 per hour. Our diverse team can offer male or female carers, double-up visits, and support for cultural and dietary preferences.
