We proudly provide a wide range of domiciliary care services, including 24-hour and live-in care, hourly visits, overnight support, specialist dementia care, palliative and end-of-life care, and assistance for complex health conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, cancer, stroke, and physical disabilities. Whether you are seeking help for yourself or a loved one—be it older adults, adults aged 18-64, or those with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs—our compassionate carers are here to help.
At Care 24 Plus, we understand the importance of personal choice. We offer companionship, domestic help, medication assistance, escorted trips, rehabilitation support, shopping, pet care, and much more. We also provide cultural support, catering for diverse dietary requirements and respecting your faith, values, and beliefs. Male or female carers, as well as LGBTQ+ support, are available to ensure comfort and dignity for all.
We accept funding from private clients, local authorities (with or without top-up), and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC). Our services start from just £24.42 per hour. Our multilingual team can provide care in English, Dutch, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu, ensuring everyone feels understood and valued.
