Introducing Meade Close
Meade Close provides 24 hour care, 7 days per week including night staff for people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex needs. Everyone has their own person centred care plan which includes support with personal care, meal preparation, shopping, and access to sports and leisure activities. People are actively encouraged to access engage in activities and be an active member of their local community.

David Jones House is a single/joint occupancy bungalow which is located on the main Meade Close site, separate to the two main bungalows. The bungalow is spacious and very pleasant and has been purpose-designed to accommodate an individual or for up to 2 people with complex disabilities.

About Meade Close
A vibrant home consisting of 2, 4-bedroom bungalows situated in a quiet residential area.
All the people we support have the opportunity to personalise their own bedrooms.
Both bungalows have communal areas and hoisting facilities throughout.
Also has an accessible garden which is used frequently especially during the summer months.
Good public transport links.
Located in a quiet area of Trafford, close to all local amenities.

At a time that is right, we are able to offer a pathway to further independent living. This might include accessing one of our Supported Living or Outreach services. We strongly believe that every person we support should receive the right level of care in an environment that meets their needs wants and wishes. The Team
At Meade Close, Paige Hoyle is the Manager registered with the CQC and manages a team
of skilled and dedicated care support workers.

We provide focussed training to enable staff to better care for the people we support. Local home staff have the knowledge, wisdom and resources of our senior directors, people team and specialists at their disposal.
