About Us

Our service exists to enable people aged of 18 or older with:
 Physical Disabilities
 Sensory Impairment
 Mental Health Problems
 Learning Disabilities
 Dementia
 End of Life support

We offer services 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Services are provided based on the assessment of need carried out at the start of the package.

We work in partnership with other multi-disciplinary team members, and the people who matter to the individual to ensure the best can be achieved for the individuals we support.

Our main office is open Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm. Out of office hours we have a Preston based out of hours team who are available to support with emergency situations outside office hours and on bank holidays. There is no additional cost to the people we support for these services and the normal local office telephone number automatically diverts to our out of hours team.
