Valour Healthcare Services Complex care (TDDI) is person-centred. This plan is tailored to the individual’s specific medical condition, disability, and personal circumstances. We take into account their medical history, current health status, and any additional support they may require. The care plan also considers the individual’s goals and aspirations, working towards enhancing their independence and overall well-being.
Valour Healthcare Services provides also Domiciliary Care for children aged 0-18 who may need additional care and support including those who may be disabled. a) Our service aims to provide a person-centred service that focuses upon the assessed needs of people who use our service and input from their family. The service will be based upon best practice and provided by caring competent and compassionate staff.
Valour Healthcare Services is proud to offer culturally sensitive care that respects your faith, values, beliefs, and dietary preferences. We provide male or female carers, LGBTQ+ support, and pet-friendly staff, ensuring a truly tailored approach. Our team can help with everyday needs such as shopping, food preparation, medication assistance, domestic help, escorted trips and transportation, as well as double-up care for enhanced safety.
We accept self-funding clients, Local Authority funding (with or without top-up), and NHS Continuing Healthcare funding. Hourly rates are competitively priced from £23.00.
