About Us
At Saen El-Tara Care Services Ltd, great care starts with truly knowing the person behind it. Based in Middlesbrough, we provide home care across Teesside — Middlesbrough, Redcar & Cleveland, Stockton, Hartlepool and Darlington — supporting adults to live well and safely in their own homes.
We know no two people are the same, so we build a care plan around your life rather than the other way around. Whether you need a few hours a week, waking-night support, 24-hour care or live-in support, we're there — with warmth, dignity and respect.
Our team has over three years of care experience, and every member is trained, certified and DBS-checked, with up-to-date infection prevention and control training. We are also certified Mental Health First Aiders, so we're equipped to support emotional wellbeing alongside practical care. We support adults living with a range of needs including dementia, Parkinson's, diabetes, physical disability and frailty — from personal care through to more complex support.
We're more than practical help. We share a cup of tea and a chat, help around the house, prepare meals you actually enjoy, and support outings that keep you connected to the people and places that matter. We take personal and cultural preferences seriously — including dietary needs such as gluten-free, vegan, Kosher or Halal — and we warmly welcome LGBTQ+ clients.
Care starts at £25 per hour, and we accept self-funding, local authority funding (with or without a top-up), and NHS Continuing Healthcare. We're CQC registered and regulated, and we aim to respond to every enquiry within 24 hours.

All our staff hold valid DBS clearance and maintain up-to-date infection prevention and control training in line with best practice.
