About Us

Carezone Health Services Ltd is a small home care service and we are registered with Care Quality Commission (CQC) to offer personal care. Carezone Health Services Ltd’s mission is to offer and deliver care that is person-centred, exceptional and of a high standard.

We strive to promote independence, dignity and comfort while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our clients. We are a hard-working team that is kind, reliable, passionate and empathetic with a wide range of experience. Our Registered Manager, Tebeth Masawi, is a qualified nurse with long history in the care sector, and she is responsible for the safe and effective delivery of care on a day to day basis and also ensuring that our team is supported.
