Our skilled team undergoes comprehensive training and holds the Care Certificate, ensuring every carer is equipped with enhanced knowledge across vital modules such as communication, safety, dignity, tailored personal care, infection control, food hygiene, and specialist support for complex conditions, learning disabilities, and end-of-life care.
We understand that each person is unique. That’s why our care is truly flexible, offering hourly or live-in support, overnight and respite care, and double-up visits where required. We can also provide companionship, domestic help, cultural assistance, pet services, support on outings, dietary catering (including vegan, gluten-free, Halal, Kosher and more), rehabilitation, shopping, convalescence and more. Whether you require care for yourself or your loved one, our staff can provide support in a variety of languages including English, Afrikaans, Shona, Ndebele, Swahili, Chewa, Bemba, Kalanga, Hausa, Yoruba, Tamil, and Zulu.
FÉ Care welcomes all individuals and communities, with inclusive care and male or female carers available. We accept a range of funding options, including self-funding, Local Authority, NHS Continuing Healthcare and top-up arrangements.

- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care The Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care is a nationally recognized qualification that equips one with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in the health and social care sector.
