About Us

Sarmey Healthcare’ management team has had extensive experience of providing both health and social care services over the last 10 years. As a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Public Health Specialist working alongside GPs (General Practitioners) the care provider has been involved in the provision of services in the community setting out to develop a range of innovative services in partnership with a wide range of agencies.
Our continuing mission is to provide reliable, respectful services which enable our clients to retain independence in their own homes and enjoy a high quality of life. We aim to achieve this whilst providing the best value to purchasers and using resources in efficient, creative and flexible ways.

Sarmey Healthcare Ltd is committed to an approach and philosophy that enables service users to achieve the following:

- User Involvement
- You (or anyone acting on your behalf) will be actively involved in discussions about your care, treatment and support.
- You will get support if you need it to help you make decisions and your privacy and dignity will be respected.
- Before you receive any examination, care, treatment or support, your agreement will be sought.
- Holistic Approach in Meeting Care Needs
- Your personal needs will be assessed to make sure you get safe, tailored Care that is appropriate to your needs and supports your rights.
- You will get the Care that you and your social Care professional agree will make a difference to your health and wellbeing.
- Your Care needs are coordinated if you move from one Care provider to another.
- Staff will respect your culture, gender, age, religion or beliefs and your disabilities.
- Staying Safe
- You will be protected from abuse or the risk of abuse, and staff will respect your human rights.
- You will be cared for by staff who have the knowledge, skills and experience required to meet your health and welfare needs.
- You will be looked after by staff who are well managed and offered the opportunity to develop and improve their skills.
We aim to build on service users existing skills and interests and utilise resources to develop these with the support of other stakeholder, such as carers, families and peer groups.
We believe it is essential for the people we support to have access to income and resources sufficient for a good diet, accommodation and participation in family and community life. It is also important that people can meet costs arising from individual needs that they may have.
We support service users to effectively budget where this is an identified need and our support team can provide expert advice in this area.
