We understand that coming to live in a care home can be overwhelming and feel like the end of the road. Here at Across The Bay we believe that being in a care home is just a new chapter in life. This is your home. We want you to bring your personality and wishes to Across the Bay, personalise your new home and we want to support you to remain as independent as possible, you enjoy your life and we do the rest. Let us do the worrying and you enjoy yourself.
