We're a family-run home care provider based in Morecambe, Lancashire, serving the local community and surrounding areas including Bare, Torrisholme, Middleton, Overton, Heysham, Westgate, West End, Hest Bank, Scale Hall, Bolton le Sands, and Carnforth. Our team of 20 dedicated care professionals is committed to supporting older adults and those with complex health needs to live independently, safely, and with the utmost respect in their own homes.

We provide a comprehensive range of home care services tailored to individual needs. Our personal care services include assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and continence support. Medication management is our most requested service, supporting 80% of our clients, and we also offer meal preparation, nutritional support, domestic support including cleaning, laundry, shopping, gardening and pet care, as well as welfare checks and companionship visits. Our specialist care includes dementia care with 100% of our staff dementia-trained, complex needs management including PEG tube and catheter care, Parkinson's disease specialist support, stroke reablement and rehabilitation, end-of-life and palliative care, hospital discharge support, and falls prevention and safety management. We also provide companionship and wellbeing activities including social visits, gardening, walking, baking, shopping, craft activities, reminiscence therapy, and hydration and nutrition support.
Each client is supported by 3-4 consistent care workers, building trusted relationships and ensuring continuity of care. All our care professionals hold minimum Level 2 Health & Social Care qualifications, with specialist training in dementia care, complex needs management, and end-of-life support. We listen to what matters most to you, and 100% of our service users have family involved in care planning. We tailor our support to reflect individual preferences, cultural needs, and life choices. We've never missed a visit, with robust scheduling systems, dedicated supervisor support, and 24/7 emergency response ensuring you can rely on us when it matters most. We work with NHS Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board and Lancashire County Council, delivering palliative, complex needs, and domiciliary care services. We believe in open communication and honest pricing with no hidden fees or surprises.
