We specialise in supporting individuals with autism, challenging or specialist behaviour, diabetes, frailty, and a variety of sensory and physical needs including sight and hearing impairment, speech impairment, incontinence, and heart disease. Compassionate end-of-life care is also part of our service.

Our spacious home features comfortable lounges, a family room, quiet areas, a dedicated dining space with resident choice menus, and a beautiful garden. We support a stimulating lifestyle with varied activities, social outings via our minibus, and full wheelchair access throughout. Residents benefit from free onsite parking, Wifi access, laundry services, and well-kept rooms — many of which offer en suite, wet rooms, TV points, and the option to personalise with your own furniture.

St Ann’s Lodge 1 enjoys excellent transport links and easy access to local amenities including a supermarket, bank, bus and train stations, parks, doctor’s and dentist’s surgeries, and a convenience store.

We welcome privately funded residents, as well as those supported through Local Authority, top-up arrangements, and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding. We primarily speak English and also have French-speaking staff.
