About Us

Denecroft care home is characterised on its original ornate decor and provides a homely feeling. Denecroft was built in 1911 and was opened as a care home to enable people in our community to continue living as independently as possible by receiving 24 hour care and support consistent with their physical and/or mental health needs and preferences to ensure good quality of living and safety.
Denecroft is set in a lovely area and surrounded by trees and a garden to enjoy, we do have a large communal lounge area, with televisions and a conservatory on the side of the building, where you can enjoy music or some socialising or some time to yourself.
Denecroft does have 13 rooms in total and 2 of them can be double rooms if needed, all bedrooms are equipped with wardrobe, chest of draws,seating and a bed side table, we do encourage you to bring your own personal items such as pictures, photo frames, small pieces of furniture. we do not have en-suite facilities but we do have 3 toilets on the ground floor and 2 bathrooms on the first floor which do also contain toilets.
