Services Offered
1. Personal Care
o Support with activities of daily living (ADLs) includes assisting with essential tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring individuals maintain personal hygiene and comfort. This support also encompasses mobility assistance, helping individuals move safely and facilitating transfers in and out of bed, chairs, or other locations. Additionally, we offer medication reminders and aid in administering prescribed medications, ensuring that individuals adhere to their healthcare plans effectively and safely.
2. Companion Care
o - Providing emotional support and companionship, offering a listening ear and fostering meaningful connections to help alleviate loneliness or anxiety.
o - Encouraging participation in recreational activities and hobbies, facilitating opportunities for fun and creativity that enhance overall well-being and promote a sense of fulfilment.
o - Assisting with everyday tasks such as running errands, shopping, and attending appointments, ensuring that essential needs are met and relieving the stress of managing a busy schedule.
3. Home Support
o Light Housekeeping and Laundry**: This includes maintaining a clean and organised living space by performing tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors. Additionally, it involves sorting, washing, drying, folding, and putting away laundry to ensure a tidy home environment.

o Meal Planning and Preparation**: This entails creating nutritious meal plans that cater to dietary preferences and requirements, followed by preparing and cooking meals. This process includes grocery shopping for fresh ingredients, ensuring delicious and balanced meals, and possibly packing meals conveniently.

o Home Safety Assessments and Modifications**: This involves evaluating the living environment to identify potential hazards and recommending modifications to enhance safety. Actions may include installing bathroom grab bars, securing rugs to prevent slips, improving lighting, and ensuring that emergency exits are accessible.
