About Us
Since 2006, Avican Support has built up experience spanning a wide area in the care sector. Our services are available to both adults and young people from 18 years old. Our office is located in Newmarket, Suffolk and we offer domiciliary care services across Suffolk. We also offer supported living services for people living with learning disabilities or mental health conditions across Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Through our round the clock services, our trained staff are able to offer assistance to individuals in maintaining their independence and accessing facilities as equal members of the community. As part of our wider operations, we also support our service users in gaining necessary employment skills, finance management, benefits processing and accessing education as may be required in individual situations.
All our staff are compassionate, trained, referenced and undergo regular criminal record check. Compared to other organisations in the sector, our competitively priced services are focused on quality of service and sensitivity in achieving a positive outcome through individually-targeted service provision. In achieving this level of quality, we ensure that all our service provision processes are coordinated and managed by people who have been involved in front-line discharge of care themselves. Our management officers are not too shy to be recognised as carers, and get stuck-in service delivery wherever the need is identified.
