About Us
Introducing Fairhaven
Fairhaven is a 24-hour home for up to 20 adults with mental health needs. We support people to lead active lives in which their independence, dignity, and respect are maintained. We fully embrace person centred planning, ensuring the person we support is at the delivery of our high-quality care and support.
The individuals we support at Fairhaven are encouraged to participate in a wide range of activities of their interest. Activities include trips out, movie nights, arts and crafts and karaoke.
About Fairhaven
The home offers 7 ground floor rooms and 13 first floor rooms.
Each room has a sink and toilet whilst bathing facilities are shared.
Within walking distance of local shops, post office and doctor’s surgery and Racecourse Park.
15 minutes from town centre including Northampton Museum and Art Gallery, cinemas and leisure centre.
Good transport link enabling easy access to further facilities within and around Northampton.
At a time that is right, we are able to offer a pathway to further independent living. This might include accessing one of our Supported Living or Outreach services. We strongly believe that every person we support should receive the right level of care in an environment that meets their needs wants and wishes. Please talk to us about how we can work with you to develop a transitions package.
