We work in conjunction with the NHS, the local authority and the private sector; these three areas are where our clients are referred from. Our main emphasis is on getting to know you, to find out what and who is important to you, and then bringing this together to make a holistic and personal care package.
We have a flexible approach and respond sensitively to changing needs. Our main aim is to put you at the centre of care which will enable you to feel listened to and valued.
