About Us
At Holme Lodge Residential care home, we specialise in supporting adults with diverse needs, including those with physical, long-term neurological conditions. Our expertise covers a range of conditions such as cerebral palsy, epilepsy, head and brain injuries, motor neurone disease, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, Parkinson’s disease, speech impairments, spina bifida, and hydrocephalus.

Our full-time support is flexible, designed to nurture independence, build skills, and boost confidence. Each person we support receives a personalized care plan, tailored to their specific needs, wishes, and aspirations. This includes personal care, health and wellbeing programs, rehabilitation, community engagement, enablement, volunteering opportunities, and various activities—helping residents feel truly at home while pursuing fulfilling lives.
