Our service is managed by an experienced registered nurse. Our team is made up of compassionate carers who genuinely care for all our service users. We are dedicated to supporting adults of all ages and needs, with compassionate, professional care delivered in the comfort and familiarity of your own home.
From just £20 per hour, GH Care LTD offers a flexible range of services tailored to each individual, including 24-hour care, live-in care, palliative and end-of-life support, and condition-led care for complex health needs such as dementia, Parkinson’s disease, brain injury, diabetes, and more. We assist adults aged 18 and over, including those living with learning disabilities or physical frailty.
Our experienced, friendly carers are here to support your independence, offering help with personal care, medication, companionship, domestic tasks, and escorted outings. We understand the importance of sensitivity and respect for your cultural, religious, and personal preferences, providing multilingual care in English, Lithuanian, and Russian. Our team is happy to support pet owners with dog-walking and pet care.
We accept funding from private clients, Local Authorities (with top-up), and NHS Continuing Healthcare, aiming to make high-quality home care accessible to all. Whether you require short-term respite, rehabilitation after hospital discharge, or regular assistance in daily living, GH Care LTD is committed to supporting your wellbeing and peace of mind.
