Our flexible care options, with hourly prices starting from £19.00, cater for a wide range of needs – from hourly visits and companionship, to 24-hour and live-in care. We specialise in support for challenging behaviour, dementia (including Alzheimer's disease), Down’s syndrome, mental health, personal care, and palliative/end of life care. We care for adults aged 18 and over, including those with complex health requirements.
We accept funding from Local Authority (with or without a top-up) and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC), making our services accessible to all.
Our experienced carers provide a variety of services including medication assistance, domestic help, food preparation (tailored to any dietary requirements), respite care, rehabilitation (including post-operative support), and escorted trips into the community. We also offer companionship, sit-in services, shopping, transportation, and cultural or faith-based support.
At STRATUS, we recognise that preferences matter – male or female carers are available, and double-up care can be arranged for additional support. We proudly offer LGBTQ+ inclusive care and are pet-friendly, happy to assist with animal care.
