About Us
My Ayyada Care Mission Statement
The primary motivation behind founding Ayyada Care stemmed from my deep concern for, and the feedback I received from, residents in Peterborough. My aspiration is to offer a service that places genuine care and compassion at its heart, rather than focusing solely on profit. I firmly believe that families deserve high-quality support during challenging periods in their lives.
I understand that seeking assistance can, at times, make individuals feel as though they are not fulfilling their responsibilities to their loved ones. My professional journey began in the public sector as a Social Worker, and I have since spent the majority of my career as a Registered Manager. I was called upon to address the needs of our multicultural community, which marked the start of my path in domiciliary care.
My core values and mission are straightforward: to build a service that truly respects and supports those in need. I am committed to giving back to a community that honours its elderly, recognising each person’s worth irrespective of their race or background. Above all, I want every individual and family we support to feel valued, respected, and cared for, whatever their circumstances may be.
