ABOUT PURE HEARTS CARE SERVICES
Pure Hearts Care Services Ltd provides high quality domiciliary care and supported living across Peterborough and Cambridgeshire. We deliver compassionate, person-centred care that helps people live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes or within supported accommodation.

WHO WE SUPPORT

WHAT WE DO
- Domiciliary (Home) Care: personal care, medication support, meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, and community access
- Supported Living: individualised support in our Peterborough properties or in a person’s own tenancy
- Complex and Specialist Support: learning disability, autism, mental health, and behaviour support
- Health and Wellbeing: personalised care planning, regular reviews, and staff competency oversight from our registered nurse
- Transitions and Respite: hospital discharge support, step-down, community re‑enablement, and flexible respite
- Partnership Working: close collaboration with commissioners, the NHS, and local authorities
OUR TEAM
Our team includes a registered manager, care coordinators, senior carers, support workers, and a registered nurse who provides clinical oversight and training. Staff receive ongoing professional development including the Care Certificate, Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training in Learning Disability and Autism, mental health, behaviour that challenges, and moving and handling.
OUR PROPERTIES
We operate supported living homes in Peterborough, including a 1-bedroom and a 3-bedroom property, both near the city centre. We are open to acquiring properties in other parts of Cambridgeshire to meet local needs.
