About Us
Eldercare Ryedale working from its Pickering office location offers quality care in the community to adults in need, of any age, who wish to stay in their own home but need support to do so.
All staff are carefully recruited, thoroughly checked and continually trained to ensure they are fully committed and passionate in providing care and that their care practice meets the most up to date standards.
Depending on the person's needs, services provided include assistance with meals and feeding, all aspects of personal care, management of medication and dementia support. All reasonable support is provided to facilitate the maintenance of independence of service users in their own homes.
Service users' needs are regularly reviewed to ensure their requirements are met. Service users and families have full access to Eldercare's experienced management team by phone on weekdays. Eldercare is a responsive and caring organisation that thrives on overcoming problems. With consent Eldercare is happy to liaise on behalf of clients with social services, GP surgery's, pharmacies district nurses and hospital discharge teams to ensure the best outcomes.
