Welcome to Doorstep Care, your compassionate and professional home care provider based in Pinner. At Doorstep Care, we are dedicated to supporting individuals by offering personalised care services directly in the comfort of their own homes.

Our services range from hourly to 24-hour care, including specialised assistance for a variety of health conditions such as Dementia, Parkinson's disease, and Cancer, to everyday support with personal care, medication assistance, and domestic help. Whether you're looking for care for yourself or a loved one, our experienced team is committed to meeting your specific needs regardless of age, with services available for both adults aged 18-64 and those 65 and over.

We are proud to offer a wide variety of care options including companionship, cultural support, dietary accommodations, escorted trips, double-up care, LGBTQ+ support, and many more. Our team is also trained and sensitive to a range of dietary requirements including pureed, gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, Kosher, and Halal meals.

Understanding the importance of familiarity and comfort, we provide care in multiple languages in addition to English, including Gujarati, Hindi, and Tamil. This multilingual support ensures that our care recipients feel fully understood and respected in their cultural context.

At Doorstep Care, we don’t just care for our clients, we care about them. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and adhere strictly to professional standards to ensure the highest quality of care. Our starting hourly rate is £25, and we welcome self-funding clients.

For further reassurance, our staff members are pet-friendly and equally comfortable providing care in homes with domestic animals.
