About Us
Introducing Kazdin House
Kazdin House is a registered residential home offering 24 hour care to the individuals we support. Kazdin specialize in caring for adults with mental health and autism. We believe here at Kazdin that the care we deliver is unique to each individual their needs, wants, likes and dislikes. We mould the care we give around each person, helping them grow, live independently, build life skills and experience day to life in away that they choose to live it, allowing their voice to be our guide.
About Kazdin House
Kazdin has 2 purpose built self-contained flats and one bedroom with an on suite, Kazdin is lucky enough to have beautiful grounds surrounding the home with apple trees and a pond.
The home itself its on one level with an annex built onto the back, the home is also on a main bus route making it accessible to the public with ease.
Our Services
Are outcome-focussed and highly person-centred.
Provide 24/7 residential care.
Provide activities tailored to the interest of the individuals we support both in and out of the home.
Are holistic, with person-centred care and support developed in collaboration with the people we support, their families and a multi-disciplinary team of health care professionals.
At a time that is right, we are able to offer a pathway to further independent living. This
might include accessing one of our Supported Living or Outreach services. We strongly believe that every person we support should receive the right level of care in an environment that meets their needs wants and wishes.
