Overview
Wisteria House Dementia Care in Plymstock is a small, specialist care home dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for people living with dementia. With a strong focus on person-centred care, we create a warm, supportive, and homely environment where residents are treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.
We accommodate up to 20 residents, including two shared rooms, with most rooms offering en-suite facilities to promote comfort and independence. In addition to long-term care, we also offer short-stay respite care and day care services, providing families with flexible support and peace of mind.
Our experienced and dedicated team is passionate about improving the everyday lives of those living with dementia, supporting their physical, emotional, and social well-being through meaningful engagement and tailored care.
