Hillcrest places strong emphasis on person-centred care, positive behaviour support, and promoting life skills, while enabling individuals to take part in community activities, appointments, social opportunities, and day services such as Garden Base. Staff work closely with families, health professionals, and social care teams to ensure care is responsive and well-coordinated, and the overall ethos of Hillcrest is one of stability, engagement, and supporting people to live fulfilled, active lives in a safe and supportive home.
