About Us

Agincare UK Poole provides quality home care for individuals who have dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, learning disabilities, multiple sclerosis and muscular dystrophy.

Person-centred care is delivered to help people remain living independently at home, and care packages include domiciliary, live-in and respite care services.

Strict staff recruitment procedures are in place to secure the best people. CRB and full reference checks are then undertaken, alongside intensive training.

Open communication is a key focus for the branch, with individuals, their families and carers being updated regularly about key care decisions.

Individuals are treated with dignity and respect by all of the team.

About The Team

All staff employed by our service hold valid DBS clearance. All staff complete and maintain current Infection Prevention and Control training to support safe care delivery.
