About Us

At Waverly Care Services, we believe great care should feel supportive, personal and stress free. Based in Poole and proudly supporting all of BCP and the surrounding areas, we blend genuine compassion with modern, tech led systems that make care smoother for both clients and staff. While we use trusted tools like Birdie, we also build our own in house digital solutions so your care is organised, reliable and always tailored.

We support adults aged 18 and over with a wide range of needs including dementia, Parkinson’s, physical disabilities, complex care and post operative recovery. Whether you need hourly visits, live in care, overnight support, respite for family carers or safe escorted outings, our friendly and dedicated team provides care with dignity, respect and real understanding.

You can choose the type of carer you prefer, including male or female staff, pet friendly carers and double up support when required. We also accommodate individual lifestyles, cultural and faith needs and a variety of dietary requirements such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, Kosher and Halal.

We welcome both private clients and Local Authority with top ups, with flexible packages starting from £30.00 per hour.

Our mission is simple. We help you or your loved one stay safe, comfortable and independent at home, with personalised care delivered by people who truly care.
