Our mission is to help you or your loved ones live independently and comfortably in your own home, offering tailored support to suit individual needs and preferences.
We offer a comprehensive range of services including personal care, companionship, food preparation, assistance with medication, domestic support and shopping. Whether you need hourly visits, overnight, live-in or 24-hour care, our experienced team delivers compassionate help for a wide range of conditions and situations, including dementia, cancer, physical disabilities, Parkinson’s disease, sensory impairments, and rehabilitation following illness or surgery.
Citrine Healthcare is proud to accept a variety of funding options, such as private payments, Local Authority support (including top-ups), and NHS Continuing Healthcare. We support all adults age 18+, with bespoke care plans for older people (65+) as well as support for those with complex needs. We also provide Home care service for Children 0-18yrs.
Our approach is person-centred and inclusive – we offer single (one carer per visit) and double-up care (two carers per visit), and are happy to assist with pet care, so you can keep cherished companions at home. Our carers are also available for respite, convalescence, escorted outings, transportation and sit-in services, empowering you to enjoy life’s everyday moments with peace of mind.
