About Us

Crown Care has been proudly delivering high-quality community care services since 2018. The organisation was founded by experienced nurses who had spent many years working within community health settings. Through their direct involvement in frontline care, they recognised significant gaps within the existing care market—gaps that affected not only the quality of care provided but also the confidence and comfort of service users and their families. Motivated by a desire to improve standards and offer a more compassionate, person-centred service, they established Crown Care with the aim of creating an organisation built on trust, respect, and professional excellence.

Both the registered manager and the co-director bring more than 20 years of combined experience in community care. Their extensive background has shaped the culture and operational framework of Crown Care. They have integrated their professional knowledge, clinical expertise, and values into the foundation of the organisation, ensuring that every aspect of the service reflects a commitment to outstanding care. Their leadership continues to influence the daily practice of the care team, guiding staff with a focus on empathy, reliability, and dignity for every service user.

At Crown Care, service-user satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We firmly believe that when families allow us into their homes and entrust us with the care of their loved ones, they are placing enormous trust in our hands. This trust is treated as a privilege and a responsibility, and we continually emphasise to our staff the importance of honouring it. Maintaining the confidence of the community is not just a professional duty—it is a core principle that shapes our behaviour, our communication, and our approach to care.

To support high-quality service delivery, Crown Care has developed a comprehensive training platform accessible online to all staff. This platform ensures that carers have ongoing opportunities to develop their skills, refresh their knowledge, and stay updated with current best practices. In addition to online training, we have an in-house trainer who tailors sessions to the specific needs of individuals and service users. This combination of standardised and personalised training ensures that our team remains competent, confident, and capable of meeting a wide range of health and social care needs.

Crown Care services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our office operates from 07:00 to 21:00, allowing service users and families to reach us during extended daytime hours. For overnight emergencies or urgent concerns, an out-of-hours service is in place, ensuring that support is always accessible. Our commitment to uninterrupted availability is part of our promise to provide secure, responsive, and dependable care.

We are fully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as a domiciliary care provider in the Lancashire area. Our registration reflects our adherence to national standards of safety, effectiveness, and leadership.

Crown Care also has extensive experience across acute healthcare and social care settings. This broad expertise allows us to support individuals with diverse and complex needs. To enhance transparency and promote collaborative care, we use up-to-date electronic care-monitoring systems. These platforms allow both the organisation and families to follow care activities in real time, offering reassurance, accountability, and clear communication.

Through professionalism, compassion, and a dedication to continuous improvement, Crown Care remains committed to enriching the lives of service users and supporting the wellbeing of the community we serve.
