Esteemed Life Care (Preston) is a CQC-registered provider for Personal Care and Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TDDI), delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals from birth onwards, including children, young people, adults, and older people.

We provide a wide range of services, including domiciliary care, complex care, supported living, and end-of-life care tailored to individual needs. Our experienced and compassionate team supports individuals with disabilities, long-term health conditions, additional support needs, palliative care requirements, and complex clinical conditions, promoting dignity, independence, wellbeing, comfort, and safety at every stage of life.

We have a dedicated Clinical Lead who oversees and supports our children’s services and complex clinical care packages, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality care delivery. Our team works closely with healthcare professionals, families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care that meets both clinical and personal needs.

We work in partnership with Lancashire County Council (LCC), Integrated Care Boards (ICB), healthcare professionals, families, and wider support networks to deliver responsive and tailored care that reflects each individual’s preferences, cultural values, and personal goals.
