About Us

Oakfield Nursing Home is a Nursing / Nursing Dementia (EMI) home in the Forton area of Preston, just 2 miles south of M6 J33. We have ample off road parking and there are bus stops outside the home, both north and south.
We are located close to the Bowland fells, and have beautiful views across the surrounding countryside
Oakfield has 57 rooms, which can accommodate just over 55 residents.

Oakfield currently has a 'Good' rating from the CQC, our report is available via our website, or on the CQC website. The Gold Standards Framework (GSF) has awarded Oakfield 'Beacon' status, for our end of life care.

Oakfield Nursing Home also offers the following short stay services; discharge to assess, respite (if rooms are available at the time - unfortunately we are not able to pre-book specific dates).
