Located in the heart of Preston’s Lockside Road area, SureCare is proud to deliver compassionate and bespoke domiciliary care to adults across Preston, South Ribble, Fylde & Wyre we have been providing these services for over 20 years. Rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), our professional team are dedicated to supporting you or your loved ones in the comfort and familiarity of home.
We offer a wide range of tailored care services, including support for dementia, cancer, physical disabilities, mental health needs, palliative and end-of-life care, and much more. We provide hourly services starting from £28.27, with funding options available for self-funders, local authority arrangements, and NHS Continuing Healthcare.
SureCare’s friendly team can assist with shopping, meal preparation, escorted trips out in the community, respite for carers, convalescence, and double-up care where needed. We offer both male and female carers and are pet-friendly for households with domestic animals.
