**Build My Care Limited – Compassionate Domiciliary Care in Reading**

At Build My Care Limited, we are dedicated to providing personalised home care services for individuals in the Reading area, offering the support you need to confidently live in your own home. We understand that everyone is unique, which is why we tailor our care to match your personal needs, routines, and preferences. Whether it’s for yourself or a loved one, our compassionate and professional team is here to help.

Our services start from just £26 per hour and we accept both private (self-funding) clients and those with Local Authority funding (with top-up). We offer a comprehensive range of specialist care, including support for dementia (including Alzheimer’s disease), Parkinson’s disease, diabetes, and physical disabilities. Our care extends to adults aged 18 and over, including older people, those with sensory impairments, and individuals requiring convalescence or respite care.

In addition to our core care services, we provide companionship, cultural and dietary support (including vegan, gluten-free, kosher and halal), medication assistance, domestic help, shopping, sit-in services, and escorted trips. We understand the importance of familiarity and comfort — whether that means having a male or female carer, support from LGBTQ+ inclusive staff, or even pet-friendly carers who are happy to walk dogs or feed pets.

We respect and celebrate diversity, offering support in English, Afrikaans, Bengali, and Urdu, to meet your cultural and linguistic needs.
