About Us

Jigsaw Creative Care Limited is a specialist provider supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to live meaningful, safe and fulfilling lives. With nearly 30 years’ experience, our support is guided by our JIGSAW framework (Journey into Great Support and Well-Being), combining Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed care and a relational, attunement-led approach.

We provide flexible supported living within ordinary homes and communities, including shared housing, self-contained annexes and core-and-cluster models. Support is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence, emotional wellbeing and stability.

We work collaboratively with families, commissioners and multidisciplinary teams to deliver consistent, high-quality, outcomes-focused support, with an emphasis on quality of life, choice, control and a genuine sense of home and belonging.
