About Us
At The Live In Care Company we are committed to providing the highest quality care, and the safety and well-being of our service users are our top priority. We are CQC registered to ensure that we meet essential standards for care, safety, and management. Our dedicated team follow thorough and detailed processes to deliver exceptional care.
Your dedicated Care Manager will work with you, your family and any relevant health care professionals, to create a tailored care plan with a focus on what matters to you. We actively promote independence creating an environment that allows you to make your own choices. By proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks, we can empower you to live safely,
independently and confidently.
Our fully managed service provides comprehensive support, including regular contact with your dedicated live-in Care Manager. They will directly oversee and manage all aspects of your care, serving as your primary point of contact for any questions or concerns. Your Care Manager will also conduct regular care plan reviews and re-assessments, as well as provide
ongoing performance management for your carers.
Your dedicated live-in carers provide companionship and emotional support, leading to improved mental health and overall wellbeing. Live-in care provides flexibility around lifestyle and daily living, allowing you to maintain your routine in your own home and engage in the social activities you enjoy. Our live in carers can assist with:
Dignified personal care - Assistance with all aspects of personal care e.g. bathing, showering, continence care and maintaining personal hygiene. With a focus on empathy, discretion, and respect for privacy and dignity.

your carer. They can also join you, making mealtimes more sociable.
