At Dynamic Homecare, we believe that every individual deserves to live with dignity, respect, and independence. Our dedicated team provides a full range of flexible care options, including 24-hour care, live-in care, overnight care, and hourly visits (starting from £27.00).

We support individuals living with dementia (including Alzheimer’s disease), Parkinson’s disease, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and those requiring palliative or end-of-life care. Our services are available to adults aged 18–64 and over 65, ensuring continuity and consistency throughout changing care needs.

We go beyond meeting physical needs — we focus on emotional well-being and quality of life. From companionship and domestic support to escorted community visits, meal preparation, medication assistance, and catheter care, our person-centred approach ensures that care is always delivered safely and respectfully. Understanding that pets are family too, we offer pet-friendly care, including help with dog walking and feeding.

We use secure, cloud-based digital care management software to record and monitor care in real time. With consent, families and advocates can access care notes and communicate directly with carers — promoting transparency, trust, and shared decision-making.

As part of our commitment to quality, we invest heavily in staff training and professional development. All carers receive mandatory, specialist, and values-based training through platforms such as CareSkills Academy and Skills for Care networks, ensuring their knowledge and practice remain current. We work in close partnership with NHS teams, Adult Social Care, Community Mental Health Services, Occupational Therapists, District Nurses, and the Cleveland Fire Brigade, enabling a joined-up approach that enhances safety and continuity of care.

We welcome clients who are self-funded, local authority funded (with or without top-ups), or supported through NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC). We also offer flexibility in matching carers to clients by gender preference and provide double-up care where required.
