Care Infinity Solutions is a CQC registered home care and step down mental health support provider serving Medway, Kent and surrounding areas. We specialise in domiciliary (home) care, live in care, dementia care, hospital to home (reablement), night care, respite care, and specialist mental health support that help adults live safely, independently and with dignity at home. Our process starts with a free, no obligation assessment and a co produced, personalised care plan tailored to your routines, preferences, culture and goals.

Trained and fully vetted workforce
Every carer is fully vetted and DBS checked and completes mandatory training (safeguarding, infection control, medication management, moving/handling, person centred planning), plus specialist trainings in relevant areas and mental health. Our senior team brings 20+ years’ combined experience and are fully qualified to support the operational efficiency you and your loved ones deserve.
We operate robust policies for safeguarding, risk assessment, medication management (MAR/competencies), incident reporting/learning, information governance and business continuity, aligned to CQC fundamental standards with audits, spot checks, supervisions and feedback driving continuous improvement.
