About Us
Millstream House, located in Kent, is a residential care home for up to 22 individuals with brain injuries, Huntington's Disease, and challenging behaviour. Our dedicated team provides compassionate, person-centred care tailored to the needs of each person we support.
We offer a range of activities, including hydrotherapy, bowling, cinema trips, and zoo visits. Situated just five minutes from historic Rochester, the people we support can enjoy local festivals and events.
Our home has three floors with communal lounges and accessibility features like a lift, hoists, and adjustable beds. We also have house vehicles to help the people we support stay connected with the community.
