Raynet Recruitment Agency Ltd (trading as Raynet Care) was incorporated in April 2012 and is driven by a clear commitment to delivering safe, high-quality and person-centred care for children, young people and adults aged 0–65+, with a particular focus on people with dementia, autism and learning disabilities. We provide flexible home care, short breaks and supported living services tailored to individual needs and outcomes.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and operate under a robust quality and governance framework, evidenced by:
REC Corporate Membership

ISO 9001 Citation Quality Mark accreditation (Citation)
National Autistic Society – Autism Accreditation (Ref: 002645)
We maintain the highest standards of compliance, safety and data protection. Our services are underpinned by NHS Digital – Data Security and Protection Toolkit compliance and ICO registration (Certificate ZA014823), ensuring that all personal and sensitive information is handled lawfully, securely and with respect for privacy.
Autism-Informed, Specialist Support
Raynet Care has achieved the Autism Accreditation Specialist Aspiring Award from the National Autistic Society (Raynet Care ref: 002645). This supports our mission to foster inclusive, autism-friendly services and to better support neurodivergent individuals and their families, including those with co-occurring diagnoses such as ADHD, sensory processing differences and mental health needs.
As part of this accreditation process, we have:
Embedded autism-specific practices throughout our care delivery and support planning
Trained staff in specialist communication approaches, predictable routines and positive behaviour support
Strengthened co-production with autistic people and their families, ensuring their voices shape how services are designed and delivered
Aligned our practice with national standards for specialist autism provision
This specialist recognition reinforces Raynet Care’s capability to support complex placements with a strong understanding of neurodiversity, communication styles and person-centred care, ensuring that individuals receive consistent, respectful and enabling support across home care, short breaks and supported living.
