At Connect CareUK, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional home care services to individuals and families across the Pendleton Way area of Salford. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or a loved one, our compassionate and professional team are here to provide safe, reliable, and tailor-made care in the comfort of your own home.
Our services are designed to suit a wide range of needs, including hourly visits, overnight care, and specialised support for dementia, mental health, physical disabilities and catheter care. We cater for adults aged 18–64 as well as older people aged 65 and above. We offer 24-hour care for those requiring continuous assistance, and our respite services ensure carers also receive the support they need.
Connect CareUK values diversity, providing cultural support to honour your beliefs, values, and faith. Our carers—including male and female staff—are experienced, pet-friendly, and able to communicate in English or Yoruba. We are delighted to help with daily tasks, medication management, shopping, domestic support, companionship, and escorted trips within the community.
We accept various funding options, including private (self-funding), Local Authority contributions (with or without top-up), and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC), with hourly prices starting from £20.00.
