Welcome to Ubuntu365 Healthcare Services, your trusted provider of high-quality domiciliary care in Salford and the surrounding areas. We are committed to delivering compassionate, personalised support to adults of all ages and needs, enabling you or your loved one to enjoy the comfort, safety, and independence of home.
Our experienced and friendly team offers a wide range of care solutions, including 24-hour and live-in care, dementia and Alzheimer’s support, palliative and end-of-life care, and specialist support for cancer, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and more. We pride ourselves on tailoring each care package to individual requirements, including cultural, dietary, and faith-based preferences.
Ubuntu365 welcomes clients funding care privately, through Local Authority, NHS Continuing Healthcare, or mixed arrangements. Our services start from £26.50 per hour, offering flexible visits from companionship and domestic support to rehabilitation, convalescence, respite for carers, escorted community trips, and specialist health needs such as catheter, PEG feeding, stoma, and diabetic care.
Whether you seek hourly, overnight, or live-in assistance, our passionate carers – male or female, LGBTQ+ inclusive, and pet-friendly – ensure dignity, respect, and friendly companionship at all times. We are proud to support pet owners, provide two carers per visit where required, and help with medication, shopping, meal preparation, and more.
At Ubuntu365 Healthcare Services, we believe in nurturing wellbeing, independence, and choice. Contact us to discuss a bespoke care solution and discover how we can help you or your loved one thrive at home.
